Lead, facilitate, coordinate, and supervise day-to-day activities required to ensure the project is completed on time
Creation and use of project plans for assigned projects
Successfully lead the scope of the project, including customer priorities
Demonstrate a proactive approach to identify risks to project success
Providing leadership and direction for customers and BD project team
Ensuring customer satisfaction
Participate in pre-sale process for medium or large size projects
Provides coaching, mentoring, and training for project team

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience
Project management or leadership experience required
Specific knowledge of BD business highly desired
Prefer experience implementing and supporting healthcare IT software solutions
Prefer knowledge of hospital systems and procedures that integrate with BD products.
Driving requirements: must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and be at least 21 years old.
Must provide proof of immunizations: Hepatitis B, Influenza (current year), MMR, Varicella, Annual TB/PPD, Tetanus/Diphtheria/Pertussis.
Must exhibit negotiation skills, effective interpersonal skills, decision-making skills, and conflict resolution capabilities.
