Direct the "Activation" phase for newly onboarded partners and ensure proficiency in installation and servicing.
Act as a subject matter expert and lead Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and professional demonstrations.
Institute a transition from transactional sales to monetizing the entire product lifecycle.
Collaborate closely with Territory Managers for seamless partner transitions.
Provide training and resources regarding the strategic significance of assigned product lines.

High School diploma, Associates, or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, IT, Management, or Technology required.
5 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Operations, Sales, or Technology.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
Minimum 5 years of experience in channel management, partner recruitment, or regional service management.
Strong understanding of indirect sales models, partner ecosystems, and channel dynamics.
Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and the ability to analyze data-driven trends.
