Determine requirements; develop goals and objectives to accomplish the mission of the Program
Support Government counterparts to ensure execution of programs in accordance with plans, and to modify program policies and procedures based on changes to regulations.
Research ways to eliminate program bottlenecks and barriers to production; support Government counterparts in the development of solutions to program issues.
Oversee the allocation of resources based on program requirements.
Prepare acquisition documents and procurement request packages (SOW, PWS, SOA, J&A, Technical Evaluations, ADM, SAMP, APB, FM worksheet, program protection plan, annual spend plan build, PowerPoint Briefings), familiar with special access program processes, and government contracting processes.
Requirements
Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
Clearance: Must possess and maintain a TS w/SCI eligibility
Certifications: DAWIA Practitioner Equivalency (DAWIA level II equivalent), and in the Program Management field, or the ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
Education: Bachelor's degree in business or acquisitions
Years of Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in federal government acquisition projects including: Knowledge of the processes and documentation for End Use Certificates and Export License requirements.
