Partners with R&D and New Product Introduction (NPI) Supply Chain groups to successfully introduce new products into worldwide production.
Analyze samples of defective units/sub-assemblies and report the results to appropriate engineering teams.
Coordinates and leads the activities of internal and outsourced development and manufacturing partners in support of the worldwide manufacture of a product.
Collaborates with stakeholders to recommend and implement changes to reduce defects and improve quality.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
Typically 4-6 years experience.
SAP S/4 Hana experience preferred.
Experience in supply chain.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Understanding of material properties and hardware and electrical component design and manufacture.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
