Serve as the workstream lead and primary point of contact for the government client
Provide strategic guidance and architectural input to inform future government contracting strategy
Partner with internal stakeholders and external partners to define business requirements
Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to provide insights on project progress
Assess current workflows, systems, and processes to recommend improvements
Collaborate across finance, operations, program management, and external clients to meet project milestones
Oversee contract documentation, ensuring compliance with military standards and government regulations
Identify potential risks associated with defense or government contracts and propose mitigation strategies

Ability to obtain a Government security clearance that requires U.S. citizenship
Master’s degree in Finance, Management or related field, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience
10+ years of experience as a Contracts or Business Analyst, with a focus on defense or military contracting.
Proven track record working with government contracts and familiarity with FAR, DFARS, or other relevant regulations.
Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
Understanding of financial modeling, cost-benefit analysis, and process mapping.
