Participate in the design of electrical hardware systems, including power distribution, signal integrity, and high-speed interfaces.
Develop and review electrical schematics for digital, analog, and mixed-signal circuits.
Assist with component selection, power budgets, and design constraints to meet system requirements.
Ensure compliance with electrical design standards, EMI/EMC requirements, and thermal management considerations.
Perform design reviews for manufacturability, assembly, and test (DFM, DFA, DFT).
Generate and maintain all necessary documentation, including schematics, BOMs, and test plans.
Interface with suppliers and manufacturing partners to resolve technical issues and ensure quality.
Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of design processes and standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
5+ years of experience in electrical hardware design for high-speed digital, analog, and mixed-signal systems
Proficiency with schematic capture and hardware design tools (e.g., Cadence, Altium, Mentor Graphics)
Understanding of signal integrity, power integrity, EMI/EMC, and thermal considerations
Experience with high-speed interfaces (DDR4/5, PCIe g5, or Ethernet 100G/ 400G/ 800G)
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
