About this role

Maximize revenue and ensure customer satisfaction throughout retail locations
Train, coach, and drive sales revenue across Millwork, In-Home, and Pro sales departments
Manage account relationships and provide support for the full Fiberon/Therma-Tru/Fypon product line
Develop and execute effective sales training programs
Build relationships with key store sales associates and Management
Ensure all new stores are set with appropriate displays, signage, and pricing
Drive Pro Business by developing relationships with Retail Pro Associates
Manage a travel and expense budget
Work cross-functionally to develop and implement sales messaging.

Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field preferred (not required)
Sales experience preferred
Background in millwork or decking is a plus
Ability to travel overnight 25%–40%
Strong client and customer relationship skills
Experience in building materials preferred
Understanding of the sales process and sales cycle.
