Lead strategic consulting engagements focused on manufacturing and supply chain transformation.
Advise clients on best practices, implementing advanced solutions, and driving operational excellence across end-to-end processes.
Provide thought leadership on manufacturing and supply chain strategies, including planning, procurement, production, logistics, and inventory management.
Assess client business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and digital transformation.
Develop and present business cases for process improvements and technology adoption.
Lead design and deployment of ERP and supply chain solutions (SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms).
Ensure alignment of solutions with industry standards and client objectives.
Oversee integration of advanced technologies such as IoT, AI/ML, and predictive analytics for smart manufacturing.
Engage with senior client executives to define strategic goals and KPIs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.
Publish whitepapers, participate in conferences, and contribute to internal knowledge-building initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
12+ years in manufacturing and supply chain consulting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Deep knowledge of ERP systems (SAP PP/MM, Oracle SCM, etc.).
Familiarity with advanced planning systems (APS), MES, and Industry 4.0 technologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead large-scale transformation programs.
