Partner with business leaders to detail the strategic roadmap and ensure effective execution against vision.
Lead discrete, high-impact initiatives blending strategy and analytics, including deep-dives on pricing and sales strategies.
Conduct hands-on qualitative and quantitative analyses to inform opportunities and validate growth modeling.
Act as a strategic bridge for key business leaders, ensuring holistic problem-solving and alignment.
Monitor business performance to identify growth headwinds and develop data-backed mitigation strategies.
Synthesize recommendations and analyses into clear, compelling narratives for senior leadership.
Requirements
10+ years of relevant experience, with 4+ years in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or a dedicated growth strategy role within a tech environment.
Familiarity with paid media advertising (buy or sell-side) an added bonus.
MBA or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Economics, Finance, Business Analytics) is preferred.
Proven ability to deconstruct complex business problems, understand P&L levers, and develop structured, logical frameworks for growth.
Comfortable with data analysis, modeling, and visualization, with working fluency in SQL; proficiency in Python or visualization tools (Tableau) is a nice-to-have.
Demonstrated ability to operate independently in an unstructured environment, managing multiple stakeholders and priorities without the need for constant oversight.
Expert at delivering clear concise communications and building executive-ready presentations.
