Role Overview
- Independently manage complex implementations of Litera’s software solutions
- Guide customers through end‑to‑end implementation
- Serve as a subject matter expert on FileTrail and other Litera products
- Work with and interpret large datasets during data migrations
- Diagnose and resolve issues with third-party integrations
- Conduct user and administrator training sessions
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Solid knowledge of deploying enterprise software
- Experience configuring enterprise software systems
- Knowledge of information governance or Records Management
- Experience managing complex Data Migration or Integration Projects
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- SQL skills are highly beneficial
