- Knock out work orders and preventive maintenance with care
- Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
- Keep common areas clean, safe, and welcoming
- Provide helpful, friendly support during resident interactions
- Participate in on-call rotation when your community needs you most
Requirements
- Maintenance know-how across multiple trades (HVAC certification a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliability and a customer-first attitude
- Team spirit and willingness to jump in where needed
