Role Overview
- Champion guest service agent to ensure guest needs are met
- Prepare the hotel for the next day
- Perform night audit duties
- Manage cash, checks, and credit transactions
- Maintain accurate accounts of transactions
- Collaborate with different departments as needed
- Handle all other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 6 months – 1+ year of Night Audit experience preferred
- Desire to work overnight shifts
- Ability to keep accurate accounts of cash, checks and credit transactions
- Passionate about hospitality and creating an exceptional guest experience.
