Role Overview
- Check front office accounting records for accuracy
- Summarize and compile information for the resort's financial records
- Track room revenue, occupancy percentages, and other statistics
- Audit and balance reports from the day shifts
- Process guest charges voucher and credit card vouchers
- Verify that all transactions at the front desk are supported by documentary evidence and signatures
- Ensure the property is clean, orderly, well-manicured, and guest-ready at all times
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED required
- 2+ years' experience in customer service or hospitality
- Excellent communication and math skills
