Assist with design tasks and reports under the direction of senior staff.
Conduct site feasibility research and site visit investigations as well as generate reports/recommendations based on findings.
Assist in maintaining task budgets.
Coordinate and assist with addendums, RFI's and change orders.
Assist in coordinating the work of a multi-disciplined team throughout the design development and contract document phases of a project.
Assist senior staff with the project approval process.
Other related responsibilities as necessary to fulfill the objectives of this role.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
1-3 years of experience with general building mechanical design production, preferably with commercial projects such as retail, restaurants, grocery, financial, and/or convenience stores.
EIT preferred, not required.
Revit, AutoCAD, MS Office required
