Responsible for analyzing and managing warranty data for short
and long-term vehicles in service.
Collaborates closely with Product Development to identify, investigate, and resolve systemic and spike issues impacting 0-, 1-, and 3-month MIS metrics.
Utilizes data-driven insights to monitor warranty performance, support root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product quality and reduce warranty exposure.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience in interior focused supplier quality in an automotive domain.
2+ years of experience with preventative Quality Tools.
Master’s degree in engineering, data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, systemic issues, and anomalies in large data sets.
Working knowledge of MIS metrics and warranty performance indicators.
Familiar with JIRA, IRIS, Quality AI.
Ability to perform root cause analysis and support corrective action development.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product Development, Quality, Engineering, and Operations teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
Competent with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
