Building Knowledge Base Articles and content for product information
Developing and delivering department training sessions for new product releases
Providing feedback to Marketing and Technology teams regarding our end-user requirements

Experience with software troubleshooting and support
Knowledge of industrial network architecture and communication protocols used in industrial automation and telemetry applications
Network skills, database applications, knowledge with virtual machines, web-based applications
Strong multi-tasking skills
Ability in resolving system issues in a production environment
Excellent communication skills
Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
