Drive structured improvement work using A3, Lean, and QAPI methodologies.
Monitor and report regulatory and quality metrics.
Serve as a clinical liaison between frontline teams and analytics partners.

Graduate from a school of nursing with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field Required
2 years relevant experience Required
2 years experience working transplant, organ donation, critical care, data/quality, or health informatics Preferred
Registration as a registered nurse in the state where employed or licensure in a state in the licensure compact Upon Hire Required
