Serve as a trusted advisor in enterprise architecture, IT strategy, compliance, and risk management
Mature the agency's enterprise architecture program and align IT capabilities with mission objectives
Lead the development, maintenance, and governance of architectural artifacts, roadmaps, and frameworks
Conduct architectural analyses and identify opportunities for improvements
Collaborate with senior stakeholders and integrate enterprise architecture into strategic planning
Requirements
15 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field; 13 years with a Master's degree; 10 years with a PhD; or High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 19 years of relevant experience
Deep knowledge of enterprise information technology (IT) architectural concepts, patterns, and frameworks (e.g., baseline, validated, and target architectures; reference models)
Proven expertise in aligning organizational strategies, goals, and objectives with enterprise architecture to support mission outcomes
Demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and govern architectures and frameworks in compliance with UAF notation and DoDAF standards
Strong business acumen, executive presence, and communication skills to influence senior leaders, navigate complex relationships, and deliver briefings to Executive/C-Suite audiences
Self-directed with excellent judgment; operates independently while proactively seeking leadership guidance when appropriate
Exceptional briefing, presentation, analytical, and written/verbal communication skills
Experience in federal government environments (preferably DoW), with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
US Citizen Clearance: Must possess and maintain a Secret clearance minimum (at the time of application and consideration)
