Role Overview
- Operationalizes partnership between Business and Technology
- Owns end-to-end data capabilities strategy, governance, engineering, and analytic enablement
- Ensures data architecture is woven into the fabric of solutions
- Leads modernization of Tivity Health’s external data ecosystem
- Directs contract negotiations and SLAs
- Oversees data science initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field highly preferred
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience across data, analytics, marketing technology, or digital platforms
- At least 5 years leading senior, cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of enterprise data architecture
- Strong experience working with third-party vendors
- Strong advocate for Agile and modern delivery practices
- Exceptional executive communication skills
