Responsible for administering production automation systems and servers along with core and connected systems at headquarters and co-location Disaster Recovery (DR) sites.
Assists with planning, testing and installation of core system and relevant hardware.
Creates and maintains automated production environments with various servers and vendors.
Monitors core system, performs ancillary application upgrades, maintenance, and production scheduling.
Tests, implements, and coordinates with vendor for statement, notice, and letter production.
Support daily operations by running Symitar jobs and programs.
OpCon jobs and schedule creation as requested.
Monitoring and troubleshooting OpCon jobs.
Maintain RPA tasks.
Requirements
2 Year / Associate Degree AA degree in a computer related field preferred.
0-2 years' experience as a computer operator in a Financial Institution.
Experience with core system processing, Opcon automation and RPA implementations.
Experience as an operator with Symitar, SMA OpCon and RPA is preferred.
Experience in handling complex issues and problems.
Background in Symitar system administrator preferred.
Knowledge of server operations and production.
Knowledge of job file scheduling in a Symitar.
Should have knowledge of MS Office Suite including Outlook, internet browsers.
Learn and discover existing tools and processes to apply them along with their academic knowledge to achieve simple tasks.
Identify areas within the organization that can benefit from automation.
Troubleshoot and repair any issues with automation systems and tasks.
