Role Overview
- Handles investigation regarding all aspects of bodily injury claims (coverage, damages, subrogation, litigation).
- Applies intermediate understanding of insurance policies.
- Determines subrogation or fraud potential and how to handle.
- Identifies customer needs and works to meet those needs.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience handling attorney-represented bodily injury claims.
- Experience managing nonstandard auto insurance claims.
- Familiarity with California-specific claims handling practices and regulations.
- Ability to obtain and maintain adjuster licenses as required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
