About this role
Role Overview
Following up with current customers to ensure satisfaction with services.
Upsell services by asking discovery questions and presenting additional options.
Making outbound calls to connect with potential business customers.
Providing high level customer service by entering data accurately in SalesForce.
Use expertise of Sparklight's products to assist customers with questions about services.
Help demonstrate why switching to Sparklight is the best choice.
Requirements
Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred.
We are looking for outgoing individuals!
Be able to direct conversations and close sales.
We are looking for three to six months of related experience and/or training.
We would prefer candidates with an Associate's degree or higher.
