Provides strategic direction, design oversight, and program management for enterprise-wide learning and development initiatives
Manages the planning, implementation, and evaluation of leadership, professional, and organizational development learning programs and initiatives
Collaborates with HR leadership, HR business partners, instructional designers, Learning & Development consultants, senior business leaders, and external vendors
Leverages advanced learning technologies, analytics and AI-driven insights to innovate and continuously improve the employee learning experience
Tracks, analyzes, and reports on program participation, effectiveness, and ROI using data-driven methods and learning analytics tools
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Learning and Development, Organizational Psychology, Education, related discipline, or equivalent experience
Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Learning and Performance, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related discipline highly preferred
Professional certification in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Organizational Development or related discipline preferred
Minimum of 10 years’ progressive experience in learning and development, organizational development, talent management or related field, with demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale enterprise learning initiatives
Proven track record of designing, implementing and evaluating learning strategies that build leadership capability, drive performance, and support organizational transformation
Experience managing vendor partnerships and leveraging learning technologies, analytics, and evaluation methodologies to measure and enhance program effectiveness.
