About this role
Role Overview
Deliver highly complex solutions with significant system linkages, dependencies, associated risk
Lead and perform development efforts such as analysis, design, coding/creating, and testing
Build high-quality, clean, scalable and reusable code by enforcing best practices
Work with product owners to understand detailed requirements
Help design and implement new products and features while enhancing existing product suite
Review, develop, test, remediate defects and implement application specific development requests
Provide request review and feedback to product owners
Technical expert on the team, addressing complex issues but without management responsibilities
Act as an Agile champion in a collaborative environment.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree and six to ten years of experience or equivalent education and software engineering training or experience
In-depth knowledge in information systems and ability to identify, apply, and implement best practices
Understanding of key business processes and competitive strategies related to the IT function
Ability to plan and manage projects and solve complex problems by applying best practices
Ability to provide direction and mentor less experienced teammates
Ability to interpret and convey complex, difficult, or sensitive information.
