Role Overview
- collaborate with the Preproduction Manager, Project Managers, and Estimating team members to prioritize and translate construction information into the production process
- design and develop value-added technical pricing and design solutions from concept through completion of detailed drawings
- guide and mentor direct reports, ensuring their success and development
- assist with project and preproduction estimates and proposals
- assist with coordinating design activities with consultants, subcontractor partners, and clients
- lead the front-end of projects, achieving goals and managing multiple priorities
- represent the company exceptionally to internal and external customers
- proactively resolve design issues and BIM conflicts
- support the development and implementation of company processes and standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- 5+ years of electrical or systems experience or Entry level CAD/Revit or Accubid experience and 5 or more years of Manufacturing and/or Construction experience preferred
- 15-25% travel
