Generate and review content to ensure high-quality, bilingual communications
Write, edit, and proofread materials, ensuring consistency and accuracy while maintaining the brand’s voice and tone
Translate key content and support a global team with communication resources
Oversee quality control for all bilingual communications published across corporate channels
Translate select communication products, including blog posts and press releases
Support the development and implementation of WUSC’s corporate editorial calendar
Monitor project and country communications materials to ensure they accurately represent WUSC
Create resources and develop workshops to help build team capacity

University degree in a related field
3 to 5 years of experience in communications
Experience working for a non-profit and/or in international development is preferred
Superior research, writing, and editing skills in English and French is essential
Strong computer skills (e.g. Google Suite) is essential
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Very organized with a keen eye for detail
Ability to work with and protect confidential information
Complete fluency in English and French is required
Knowledge of other languages is an asset.
