Senior Associate – ServiceNow Deployment

Role Overview

• Responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and implementing industry leading practices for cloud-based systems
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure and services for seamless operations
• Build meaningful client connections and manage teams
• Navigate complex situations and deepen technical expertise

Requirements

• Minimum Degree Required : Bachelor Degree
• Desired Degree : Master Degree
• Certification(s) Preferred : ITIL 4, COBIT, ISO 27001, ServiceNow Certification(s), BMC Helix Certification(s), Flexera Certification(s), Jira Service Management (JSM) Certification(s)
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar tool’s IT Service Management modules
• Understanding of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) including key technologies such as Observability, AIOps
• Knowledge of IT Financial Management and cost asset management
