Capital Markets Sales Officer

Role Overview

• Originate, structure, and distribute lease transactions through bank and non-bank investors
• Grow the bank’s leasing portfolio by identifying market opportunities
• Build relationships with institutional buyers
• Execute transactions that optimize risk-adjusted returns
• Lead syndication and secondary market sale of lease assets
• Collaborate with credit, legal, and operations teams to facilitate smooth deal execution
• Stay informed on trends in the leasing and structured finance markets

Requirements

• Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent)
• 5+ Years combination of equipment leasing, capital markets, lease syndication, structured finance, finance &/or relationship management experience
• Proven ability to originate and execute lease transactions in institutional and equipment leasing markets
• Strong network within the leasing and financial services industry
• Good understanding of standard equipment leasing products
