Requirements
High school diploma required
Bachelor's degree preferred
5+ years of sales experience in life sciences, diagnostics, or specialty healthcare
2+ years of leadership experience preferred (direct or indirect)
Deep understanding of healthcare provider environments, especially physician offices and specialty practices
Proven success in leading teams within a matrixed, complex commercial environment
Strong business acumen
able to translate insights into action and lead change across regional teams
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence at multiple levels
Willingness to travel 50–75%, with a valid driver's license
