About this role
Role Overview
Develop and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) and Key Health Systems
Drive UT and brand advocacy
Serve as main point of contact for key accounts and gather insights for marketing
Collaborate with other functions to plan interactions with KOLs
Initiate and lead meetings to identify key issues and trends
Gather feedback to inform KOL mapping and regional strategy
Assist in launch planning and internal marketing collaboration
Provide project KOL recommendations and facilitate KOL engagements
Operate in compliance with relevant policies and laws
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
10+ years of experience in sales, marketing or other commercial business role in the medical or pharmaceutical industry, with a Bachelor's degree or 8+ years of experience in sales, marketing or other commercial business role in the medical or pharmaceutical industry, with a Master's degree
2+ years of experience working KOLs
Ability to work cross-functionally, build strong relationships, understand and execute brand and franchise strategy as well as manage projects to hit key deliverables
Excellent communication, (written and oral) presentation and strong interpersonal skills
