Requirements
- Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, Content Builder, etc.).
- Strong understanding of marketing automation concepts and digital marketing best practices.
- Experience with SQL, AMPscript, and HTML/CSS for email template creation and personalization.
- Excellent analytical skills to measure and report on campaign performance.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification (Administrator, Consultant, or Email Specialist).
- Experience with data extensions, CRM integration, and API usage in SFMC.
- Knowledge of other Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud) is a plus.
- Experience in B2B or B2C marketing environments.
