Support tasks such as research, data clean-up or analysis, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Assist with market research to identify global trends in cybersecurity, risk, audit, governance, or privacy credentialing and career development
Help make sense of customer feedback gathered through surveys, interviews, or usability testing
Support competitive analysis by summarizing product features, pricing, or market opportunities
Help maintain product documentation such as user requirements and roadmaps
Support end-to-end user acceptance testing for products in development
Help coordinate small tasks across teams to support product launches or improvements
Join team meetings and take notes, track action items, and help with follow‑up
Requirements
Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in fields including or related to: Information Systems Management, Product Management, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Human Computer Interaction (HCI) / User Experience (UX), Learning Science / Instructional Design
