- Prepare and post journal entries
- Complete detailed balance sheet reconciliations
- Review financial transactions for accuracy and proper support
- Assist with month-end close activities
- Ensure contribution revenue, pledges, and grant-related transactions are recorded accurately
Requirements
- 4+ years of accounting experience
- Nonprofit experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Comfortable in a structured, union-supported environment
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, transaction-heavy setting
