Own and deliver multiple hydropower, hydraulic structures and dams projects, including capital improvements, equipment refurbishment and upgrades, lifecycle extension programs, regulatory compliance projects, and dam safety improvements.
Provide technical support for client projects covering all hydropower technologies including small hydropower, conventional hydropower, and pumped storage.
Oversee EPC vendors and contractors and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to manage risks and ensure successful project execution.
Serve as the primary client interface with assigned clients to assist in developing client relationships and identification of new project opportunities including pre-positioning for favorable consideration by the client.
Support business development efforts by leading proposal development in response to client RFPs.
Join the West Region Hydropower Leadership team, who is responsible for defining strategic marketing and execution strategies as well as making project and team staff decisions.
Requirements
12+ years of experience in design and construction of hydropower, hydraulic structures, or dams projects
7+ years of experience in Project Management with full responsibility for the outcome of the project
Previous experience with engineering projects in a utility power plant setting
