Lead and oversee all the procurement activities (pre-Purchase Order (PO) and post-PO) for APX Supply Chain Team
Ensure electrical equipment and components are delivered on schedule, on budget, and meeting all applicable quality requirements
Responsible for large scale AP1000 New Plant Procurement Projects
Partner with APX Supply Chain functional teams to assist with projects charter, benefits, and resource requirements
Monitor active projects, update status, eliminate roadblocks, and escalate issues as appropriate
Investigate, coordinate, and communicate project changes
Contribute to development a sourcing plan that will minimize risks, generate savings, and ensure predictive delivery through projects execution

BA/BS degree in Engineering field
Minimum of 5+ years of experience (experience in contract/project administration, preferably of large, complex engineering, procurement, and construction projects is preferred)
Strong analytic experience with advanced problem-solving ability and high attitude for ownership
Ability to develop and maintain long term productive relationships with suppliers
A team player collaborating with multiple regions & product lines to serve Westinghouse's customers
Experience in International Sourcing and knowledge of supplier base
Strategic & analytical orientation with ability to translate strategy into tangible operational results
Experience with large and complex cross-functional projects
Ability to travel globally up to 20% based on business needs.
