Oversee how People services, advisory support, and employee lifecycle operations are delivered across the region.
Ensure consistent, compliant, and high-quality employee experiences across a complex regulatory and cultural landscape.
Provide direction on employee relations, performance management, and compliance matters while overseeing day-to-day service delivery, governance, and operational discipline.
Shape how SpinCo delivers People support across North America & EMEA and strengthen employee relations outcomes, manager capability, service consistency, and regional compliance.
Partner closely with HR Business Partners, COEs, Payroll, Benefits, Legal, and HR Technology & Analytics to ensure global People strategies are adapted effectively to regional requirements while maintaining strong governance and operational excellence.
Requirements
Strong expertise in North America and EMEA employment practices, including U.S., Canada, and multiple European countries.
7+ years of progressive HR / People experience, including multi-country or regional leadership.
Demonstrated experience in employee relations, performance management, coaching, and compliance.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence leaders across regions and cultures.
Strong analytical capability to interpret workforce data and support decision-making.
Proven ability to manage high-volume, complex environments with sound judgment and prioritization.
Fluency in English required; additional European language(s) a strong advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Law, or related field preferred.
