Support end‑to‑end delivery of SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing and Guided Buying implementations, from requirements and design through testing, go‑live, and post‑deployment support
Participate in and support client workshops to gather business requirements and document process flows and functional/technical specifications
Configure SAP Ariba modules and support integration touchpoints with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and non-SAP ERPs working in collaboration with technical and integration teams
Assist with system, integration, and user acceptance testing, support defect triage and resolution activities
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including procurement, IT, finance, operations, and third‑party vendors
Support monitoring of solution adoption and performance, helping identify opportunities for optimization and improved compliance
Develop and maintain SAP Ariba documentation, including configuration documentation, test scripts, and user guides
Support training and knowledge transfer activities for client stakeholders and internal teams
Assist in raising and tracking SAP Ariba service requests when product or configuration issues arise
Contribute to EY practice initiatives, including internal assets, delivery accelerators, and proposal/RFP support as needed
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree)
2 – 5 years of relevant experience implementing or supporting SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing, Guided Buying, Sourcing, Contracts, SLP, or Supplier Risk
Experience supporting at least one full lifecycle SAP Ariba implementation
Familiarity with waterfall and agile implementation methodologies
Experience working as part of an SAP Ariba delivery team
Strong understanding of procurement best practices and source-to-pay processes
Working knowledge of SAP ECC/S/4HANA integration concepts
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team-based environment
Exposure to supplier enablement activities and catalog management
Awareness of audit considerations and internal controls related to procurement systems.
