About this role
Role Overview
Establish the technical vision and unlock best-in-class capabilities
Serve as the technical leader, providing solution guidance
Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to define product roadmaps
Drive the design and architecture of complex technical solutions
Design, build, test, and deliver scalable services
Innovate Agile and DevOps processes
Evaluate and advocate for cutting-edge tools
Elevate the technical strength of the engineering organization
Requirements
10+ years of professional software development experience
Proficient in modern software architectural principles
Experience developing back-end software with Typescript and Node.js
Experience in building scalable applications based on micro-service architecture with AWS (preferred)
Experience with Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, AppSync, SNS, SQS, OpenSearch, ElastiCache etc.
Experience with NoSQL databases
DynamoDB, Graph databases (Neo4j, Neptune, etc)
Experience with web security, including JWT lifecycle management, CORS, CSP, and XSS prevention
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A related technical degree required.
