Understand the goals and initiatives of brokerage/consulting partners to identify and execute on growth opportunities
Support local market growth by enabling Sales organization through broker engagement strategies
Act as consultative partner to Market leadership and identify key partner firms
Serve as a liaison to Market leadership to share updates and competitive intelligence
Drive opportunities to show up as 'One Cigna' in the Market through stewardship meetings and training
Develop a multi-year plan to achieve growth and earnings
Maintain communication with key contacts and sales leaders

Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred, master’s degree a plus
5+ years industry experience (particularly carrier and/or consultant environment)
Life, Accident & Health Insurance license a plus
Excellent oral/written presentation and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong business acumen with proven ability to leverage knowledge base and communicate this knowledge to key stakeholders and business partners
Adaptable, flexible, and able to lead/manage the organization through change
Goal-oriented and personally accountable; resourceful and self-directed
Strong experience and skill managing relationships
