Strong professional experience with .NET and ASP.NET Core
Strong experience with React or Blazor
Candidates with strong Blazor experience must be willing to learn React
Solid background in system design and application architecture
Practical experience designing and working with microservices and distributed systems
Ability to make and explain technical decisions clearly, including architectural trade-offs
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
Strong understanding of performance, scalability, maintainability, and clean code principles

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET (ASP.NET Core), React, and/or Blazor
Actively participate in application and system design decisions, providing clear technical direction
Contribute to and challenge code base proposals, through best practices, risk management and innovation
Collaborate closely with product, design, QA, and other engineers in an Agile/Scrum environment
Balance modernization efforts with the stability and maintainability of existing systems
Build and consume RESTful APIs following best practices for reliability and security
Write, optimize, and maintain SQL Server queries, views, and stored procedures, with a strong focus on performance
