Market & Industry Expertise Maintain a deep understanding of large-scale retail operations and challenges, including labor constraints, pricing accuracy, hazard detection, shelf visibility, and inventory performance.
Stay current on trends in retail automation, robotics, AI, and in-store data intelligence.
Represent Badger Technologies at conferences, trade shows, and executive forums.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, communications, or related field.
8–10 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales with a strong track record as a high-performing hunter, preferably within automation, AI, or technology.
Demonstrated success selling into large, complex retail organizations or similarly sophisticated enterprise environments.
