We are seeking an experienced Director of Institutional Sales to help drive our fundraising efforts and strengthen our relationships with the broader investment community
Leverage your existing network to identify, cultivate, and expand relationships with family offices, high-net-worth individuals, and strategic investors
Support fundraising campaigns, roadshows, and one-on-one investor meetings
Craft and deliver compelling presentations, pitch decks, and financial updates that communicate our vision and growth trajectory
Support the investor due diligence process, including data room preparation, financial documentation, and strategic Q&A
Partner with legal, finance, and executive leadership to ensure accuracy and timeliness of all materials shared with investors
Share and respond to quarterly updates, investor letters, and ad hoc communications that highlight milestones, performance metrics, and strategic initiatives
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and investor sentiment to help position the company strategically
Advise the leadership team on investor expectations and fundraising best practices
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA a plus
5+ years of experience in investor relations, venture capital, investment banking, or startup fundraising
Proven track record supporting capital raises and managing due diligence processes
Strong network within the venture capital and growth investment community
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial and strategic concepts into clear, persuasive narratives
High level of adaptability and comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment
