Build relationships with clinical leadership, understand their operational challenges, and connect them with our network of behavioral health providers
Collaborate cross-functionally with various roles within Rula as these partnerships touch nearly all aspects of the business
Requirements
7+ years of related professional experience in enterprise sales within the healthcare / healthtech industry
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a consultative selling environment. Documentation of rankings / performance required
Strong knowledge of health systems, their organizational structures, and purchasing processes
Excellent sales communication, presentation, technology, and interpersonal skills
Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
2+ years of experience at a high-growth start-up (preferred)
3+ years of experience selling a product that required ongoing personal account management (preferred)
Has managed and grown a >$1M territory / book of business (preferred)
Experience working on cross-functional teams where your wins were dependent on the activities of others (preferred)
Highly organized individual capable of moving several large opportunities, each with multiple contacts, forward effectively (preferred)
Ability to multi-thread within an organization to ensure multiple advocates are committed to our service (preferred)
