Fulfill the merchandising needs of customers through communication & relationship building
Stock store shelves and maintain/changing out displays
Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees
Work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelēz products
Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores during in-store visits
Order product via iPad Tablet to ensure in-stock conditions
Follow daily schedule set by merchandising manager for efficient in-store service
Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches
Demonstrate positive and upbeat attitude in-store

Be at least 18 years of age
Valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Positive and professional attitude
Self-motivated
Ability to work independently
Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage will be reimbursed)
Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to meet defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.
Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Arlington, VA
Schedule availability required: Tuesday through Saturday
