Provide senior technical leadership for critical power, cooling, environmental, and facility systems
Act as a technical liaison during event response, client escalations, and root cause analysis activities
Participate in change advisory reviews and ensure infrastructure changes meet operational standards
Support commissioning efforts, design reviews, and new equipment deployments across campuses
Provide operational feedback to construction teams and vendors during project execution
Lead technical problem-solving sessions to address recurring or complex infrastructure challenges
Review and approve procedures for maintenance, safety programs, and OSHA compliance
Develop and track infrastructure performance metrics and report findings to leadership
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across DCO systems and processes
Support automation efforts that improve efficiency and reduce operational risk
Provide technical training related to arc flash safety, power systems, mechanical systems, and control sequences
Support compliance audits and certification activities
Requirements
8 or more years of experience supporting or designing mission-critical electrical and mechanical systems in data center or comparable environments
Advanced knowledge of systems such as generators, switchgear, transformers, UPS systems, ATS or STS units, PDUs, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, air handling units, and fire suppression systems
Strong understanding of control systems and sequences of operation within critical environments
Ability to interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and electrical drawings
Experience supporting commissioning, design reviews, and infrastructure deployment
