Role Overview

• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized recommendations
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by proactively working existing leads and leveraging relationships
• Stay up to date on insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory changes to effectively communicate value propositions

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, policy details, and other relevant information

Requirements

• Active Colorado Property and Casualty Insurance license
• High school diploma
• Must be 18 years of age
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Benefits

• Guaranteed Base $45K annually, PLUS commission with an average 1st year total earnings range from $50-65K.
