About this role
Role Overview
- Execute high-volume outbound activities including cold calls, emails, and social selling to initiate conversations
- Generate meetings and appointments for our clients
- Create value for our clients by providing good SQL
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all outreach activities and prospect interactions in the CRM
- Collaborate closely with teams to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified meetings and continuous improvement of outreach strategies
Requirements
- Native Spanish speaker
- Professional proficiency in English
- Previous successful experience in B2B telemarketing and inside Sales
- Strong track record in cold outreach and follow-up using phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.
- Agency background/experience
- Self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial mindset and a drive for success
- Experience in the IT/technology industry is a plus
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
