Provide outpatient intake services for patients ages 5+ through one of our trusted Oregon-based partners
Conduct 90-minute intakes without follow-up appointments
Assess high acuity patients and determine their immediate needs
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance access to high-quality behavioral health care

Proven experience in providing therapy services as an independently Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Active Oregon LCSW and/or LPC license strongly preferred
Fluent in Spanish and willing and able to provide patient care in this language.
Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during PST
Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels
Telehealth experience preferred
Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
