Role Overview
- Perform skilled tasks in the diagnosis of malfunctions, repairs, preventative maintenance
- Maintain open communication with management team regarding job status
- Use load banks for testing and repair of generator sets
- Determine corrective action through inspection of failed parts
- Order replacement parts and services efficiently
- Perform electrical and mechanical repairs to generators and engines
- Perform startup and commissioning on large genset units
Requirements
- Previous experience as a technician or willingness to start a career
- Commitment to safety and cleanliness
- Ability to maintain open communication with management
- Proficiency in using low and high voltage load banks
- Experience in diagnosing malfunctions, repairs, preventative maintenance
- Perform electrical and mechanical repairs to engines and generators
- Capable of startup and commissioning on large genset units with transfer switches
