Perform field service commissioning and repair of products, including startup, programming, troubleshooting, calibration, and failure analysis
Handle Technical phone/email support to the technical staff and customers
Conduct product customer training
Coordinate and make travel arrangements with customers, domestic and international
Provide and write detailed technical reports
Will monitor, respond to, and address callouts and emergencies on a rotational basis
Ability to work with a team, keep required work schedules, and follow work and safety rules
Requirements
Associate degree in technical discipline or equivalent military experience
Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the instrumentation industry
Ability to climb frequently and work from elevated storage tanks, ladders, stairwells, and walkways up to 150 ft, while carrying up to 15 lbs. of equipment.
Ability to lift travel cases to 50 lbs.
Travel required up to 70% domestically; it could include one trip per year, international
Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and a driving record satisfactory to the company and its insurers
Ability to obtain TWIC certification for entry into secure port facilities
Ability to maintain a passport for international service travel
